روستای گردشگری دولت آباد مشهد:

شهر مشهد دارای جاذبه های بسیاری است که گردشگران در تور مشهد حتما از این جاذبه ها دیدن می نمایند. از جاذبه های بسیار زیبا می توان روستاهای این شهر را نام برد که دارای طبیعتی بی نظیر و مناظر خیره کننده ای می باشند. مشهد دارای روستاهای بسیار زیبایی است که به دلیل وجود شرایط آب و هوایی مناسب و پوشش گیاهی در برخی از روستاهای آن، بسیار مورد استقبال گردشگران قرار گرفته است. یکی از خوش منظره ترین روستاها در مشهد روستای دولت آباد است که به عنوان یکی از جاذبه های زیبا در مشهد شناخته می شود.

روستای دولت آباد در غرب مشهد قرار گرفته است و ۴۵ کیلومتر از مشهد فاصله دارد. این روستا از بخش های گلبهار  در شهرستان چناران می باشد.  روستای دولت آباد ۱۵۴۰ متر از سطح دریا ارتفاع دارد. روستای دولت آباد یکی از قدیمی ترین روستاهای مشهد است که می توان گفت قدمتی ۱۰۰۰ ساله دارد. نام قدیم این روستا گلشن آباد بوده است که پس از مدتی به خرم دره و سپس به دولت آباد تغییر یافته است.

مرحوم دکر علی شریعتی درکتاب راهنمای خراسان در سال ۱۳۴۵ از دولت آباد به عنوان یکی از زیباترین روستاهای مشهد که دارای ییلاقات سرسبز و نیمه وحشی است، نام برده است .روستای دولت آباد به عنوان یکی از مرتفع ترین روستاهای مشهد شناخته می شود. این روستا لقب بام خراسان را نیز به خود اختصاص داده است و یکی از مرتفع ترین قله های خراسان به نام قله شیرباد نیز در این روستا قرار دارد.

مردم روستای دولت آباد معمولا به باغداری مشغول اند. در این منطقه به دلیل وجود شرایط آب و هوایی بسیار مناسب، باغات میوه فراوانی وجود دارد. از اصلی ترین درختانی که  در این متطقه وجود دارد می توان گیلاس، آلبالو، سیب، گلابی و گردو را نام برد. البته محصولات زراعی دیگر نیز مانند گندم، جو و نخود نیز در این جا کشت می شود.

این روستا یک رودخانه دائمی دارد که طول آن بیش از ۳۰ کیلومتر بوده و از ارتفاعات بینالود و قله شیرباد سرچشمه می گیرد. این رودخانه پرآب باعث شده تا در این منطقه دشت های بسیار زیبا و سرسبز به وجود بیاید. ارتفاعات بکر که دارای پوشش گیاهی انبوهی هستند باعث شده تا مناظر بسیار چشم نواز و مسحور کننده ای به وجود آید. به همین دلیل این منطقه را به یکی از بهترین موقعیت ها جهت گشت و گذار و تفریح تبدیل کرده است. در این روستا دیدنی های بسیاری وجود دارد. دریاچه سد دولت آباد، باغ های سرسبز، رویش گیاهان دارویی، پیست اسکی شیرباد که تنها پیست اسکی شرق کشور می باشد، منطقه نخودکوه، مکان های تاریخی مانند مزار درویش علی شاه که دارای قدمتی بیش از ۴۰۰ سال می باشد، مسجد تاریخی روستا که بیش از ۲۰۰ سال قدمت دارد، باعث شده تا گردشگران زیادی این روستا را برای تفریح و گشت و گذار انتخاب نمایند. همچنین به دلیل قرار داشتن بزرگترین پیس اسکی شرق کشور در این روستا، ورزشکاران و کوهنوردان زیادی این روستا را برای کوهنوردی انتخاب می کنند.
